STOP
Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is STOP
FAITH & IDENTITY

Stop and honestly evaluate: Where am I going?
Are my decisions bringing me closer to God – or pulling me away from Him?
Every small choice shapes the story of our life.
Therefore, if a behavior or relationship draws us away from God’s plan, we must have the courage to say “STOP.”
Repentance means to turn around – to stop walking in the wrong direction and return to God’s path.
Stopping is not the end. It is a new beginning.
A step toward freedom.
A step toward healthy relationships.
A step toward forgiveness.
A step toward responsibility.
A step into God’s will for our lives.
When we stop with God – we actually begin to move forward.
This morning we experienced something remarkable: we woke up, prayed peacefully, and enjoyed breakfast. We sat at the table and prayed that God would provide food for everyone who is feeling physical or spiritual hunger right now.
When I went into the room, I saw through the window a person wrapped in a white bag, as if sleeping. The police arrived. I watched as they unwrapped the person – and he was alive.
You immediately wanted to run and help. But it is important to stop and think: how can I truly help? Maybe help was already called, or maybe the person needed food more than our rushed intervention. God showed us a lesson – stop, evaluate the situation and consider what kind of help is truly meaningful.
This morning’s event gives us a powerful lesson: before acting, let us think about what we can actually do and what kind of help will be the most meaningful.
Amen.
